TWS currently offers two styles of coaching:

Option 1: 12 Week Group Coaching

Option 2: 1-1 Coaching

Both programs focus on strength and education around how to train, nutrition, daily habits and finding a way of working a training plan around your lifestyle. 

Whether your goal is to build muscle, reduce body fat, improve athletic performance, learn about nutrition, or improve your training technique, both programs will suit you. 

The difference lies in how you will be coached, and both styles have their advantages.

TWS 12 Week Group Coaching

Alongside a set training plan, work through video lessons to set your goals, calculate your macros, build sustainable heathy habits and track your progress. Be part of a wider community with recipe drops and live Pilates classes weekly, and Steph's advice at your fingertips.

TWS 1-1 Coaching

After an in depth consultation call, work closely with Steph after receiving your personalised training and nutrition plan. Be held accountable to weekly check ins, and look forward to receiving weekly video feedback on your journey. Steph will be contactable at any time.
