With a heavy emphasis on resistance training, you will be set a bespoke, personalised training plan based on your equipment accessibility (home or gym).
The plan will be written around your training preferences and areas of weakness. Any rehab or postural improvements which need to be catered for, will also be take into consideration.
Expect to see:
- A new training plan as and when required. This will be based on your training progress.
- Videos breaking down how to do each exercise.
- Education around training intensity, tempo, and processive overload.
- Access to your personalised profile to log weights, reps and set.
- Adjustments to your split around work/holiday etc.
- Weekly changes to supplementary training (cardio etc) to work towards your goals.
- Let's Steph make the decisions for you. Focus on delivering the plan.
NUTRITION
At TWS we have a firm belief that no food is out of bounds. A little bit of everything is the best approach.
Expect to see:
- A tailored macro breakdown based on your goals. Adjusted as and when needed - determined by Steph.
- The opportunity to track your own food or receive a meal plan.
- The option to practise intuitive eating and learn the skills on how to do so.
- Modules on how to balance your plate and the importance of wholefoods.
- Information surrounding supplements and how to eat for your goals.
- How to meal prep and plan a week of food.

- How to manage fitness goals and a social life (and what to do when you 'fall off plan').
